This is a list of adverbs in Tajik. This includes adverbs of time, place, manner and frequency. Which sums up most of what you need for daily use.
Now: ҳозир hozir |
Later: баъдтар baʺdtar |
Tonight: имшаб imšab |
Last night: дина шаб dina šab |
This morning: имрӯз саҳарӣ imrūz saharī |
Yesterday: дирўз dirŭz |
Today: имрўз imrŭz |
Tomorrow: пагоҳ pagoh |
Next week: ҳафтаи оянда haftai oânda |
Already: аллакай allakaj |
Recently: ба наздикӣ ba nazdikī |
Lately: охиран ohiran |
Soon: дар наздикӣ dar nazdikī |
Immediately: дарҳол darhol |
Still: боз boz |
Yet: ҳанўз hanŭz |
After the above adverbs of time, now we move on to adverbs of place.
Here: ин ҷо in ҷo |
There: он ҷо on ҷo |
Everywhere: дар ҳама ҷо dar hama ҷo |
Anywhere: дар ягон ҷо dar âgon ҷo |
Now adverbs of manners, used to describe how something happens. They are usually placed after the main verb.
Carefully: меҳрубон mehrubon |
Alone: танҳо tanho |
Very: хеле hele |
Really: ҳақиқатан hakˌikˌatan |
Quickly: тез, зуд tez, zud |
Slowly: оҳиста ohista |
Almost: тақрибан takˌriban |
Together: якҷоя âkҷoâ |
These are adverbs of frequency, which are used to answer the question "how often?".
Always: доимо doimo |
Sometimes: баъзан baʺzan |
Rarely: гоҳ-гоҳ goh-goh |
Never: ҳеҷгоҳ heҷgoh |
