This is a list of prepositions in Esperanto. This includes words related to positions (i.e. under, on top of ...), conjunctions (and, but ...) and many more.

On top of: supre sur
Under: malsupre de
Inside: en
Outside: ekster
Behind: post
In front of: antaŭ
Near: proksime de
Between: inter

After: post
Before: antaŭ
With: kun
Without: sen
Since: ekde
Until: ĝis
Of: de
From: de, el
To: al, por
Instead of: anstataŭ
In: en
Against: kontraŭ
As: kiel
About: pri
For: por, pro

The following are conjunctions used to connect words, sentences, or phrases.

And: kaj
Or: aux
But: sed
So: tiam / tiel

I'm from Japan: Mi estas el Japanio
The pen is under the desk: La plumo estas sub la skribotablo
The letter is inside the book: La letero estas en la libro
Can I practice Italian with you?: Cxu mi povas prakti italian kun vi?
I was born in Miami: Mi naskigxis en Miami
I speak French but with an accent: Mi parolas la franca sed kun akcento
