Not yet: aún no / todavía no
No one: nadie
No longer: ya no
Never: nunca
Cannot: no se puede
Should not: no se debe

We don't understand: no entendemos / no comprendemos
I do not speak Japanese: Yo no hablo japonés
I cannot remember the word: No puedo recordar la palabra / No recuerdo la palabra
You should not forget this word: No debes olvidar esta palabra.
No problem!: ¡Sin problema!
I don't know!: ¡No sé!
I'm not interested!: ¡No me interesa!
Don't worry!: ¡No te preocupes!
This is wrong: Esto está mal.
This is not correct: Esto no es correcto.
No one here speaks Greek: Aquí nadie habla griego.
I'm not fluent in Italian yet: Aún no domino el italiano / Aún no hablo italiano con fluidez
