Basque Future

This is a list of verbs in the future tense in Basque. First let's start with the raw format before conjugating the verbs to the future form. Make sure to compare this table and the one below it.

To see: Ikusi.
To write: Idatzi.
To love: Maitatu.
To give: Eman.
To play: Jolastu.
To read: Irakurri.
To understand: Ulertu.
To have: Eduki.
To know: Jakin.
To learn: Ikasi.
To think: Pentsatu.
To work: Lan egin.
To speak: Hitz egin.
To drive: Gidatu.
To smile: Irribarre egin.
To find: Topatu / aurkitu.

These samples show how the verbs above are conjugated in the future tense in a sentence which includes all the object pronouns (I, you, she...).

I will see you: Ikusiko zaitut.
I will write with a pen: Boligrafoarekin idatziko dut.
You will love apples: Sagarrak maitatuko dituzu.
You will give money: Dirua emango duzu.
You will play tennis: Tenisean jolastuko duzu.
He will read a book: Berak liburua irakurriko du.
He will understand me: Berak ulertuko nau.
She will have a cat: Berak katua edukiko du.
She will know you: Berak zu ezagutuko zaitu.
We will want to see you: Zu ikusi nahi izango zaitugu.
We will think about you: Zugan pentsatuko dugu.
You (plural) will work here: Hemen egingo duzue lan.
You (plural) will speak French: Zuek frantsesez hitz egingo duzue.
They will drive a car: Eurak / beraiek kotxea gidatuko dute.
They will smile: Eurak / Beraiek barre egingi dute.
